The term
New equipment: 24 months or 2,000 operating hours, whichever comes first. Used equipment after pre-delivery preparation: 6 months. Full terms.
Lithium-ion technology
The battery needs no upkeep, charges from an ordinary socket during breaks and holds its output through the shift. A whole family of warranty questions disappears with the electrolyte: no topping up, no density checks, no ventilated charging room.
What it covers
Manufacturing defects in assemblies and components, faults in the electronics and drive, and the labour to put them right.
What it does not
Normal wear — tyres, brake pads, mast rollers, seals — and the consequences of working beyond the rated figures. Overloading shows during inspection: it leaves its mark on the mast and the hydraulics.
What keeps it valid
Following the maintenance schedule and using genuine parts. Scheduled servicing under a contract usually extends the manufacturer's obligations as well.
