What affects the lead time
- Configuration. Mast height and fork length are chosen for the warehouse, and not every combination sits ready.
- Attachments — side shift, cabin, special forks: fitted before despatch.
- Site readiness. Access, door width, floor condition.
What to have ready
Four numbers let us quote a date straight away: working aisle width, height of the top rack beam, weight of the heaviest pallet, and the number of shifts. The same four determine the machine itself.
Payment
Terms are agreed per order — they depend on the configuration, the number of machines and whether a service contract is included. Send an enquiry and we will issue an itemised invoice.
