New AntOn machines carry 24 months or 2,000 operating hours of warranty, whichever comes first. Used machines that have been through pre-sale preparation carry six months.
What the warranty covers
- Manufacturing defects in assemblies and components.
- Faults in the electronics and the drive system.
- The work of putting a defect right, including the engineer's visit.
What it does not cover
- Consumables: wheels, brake linings, filters, lubricants.
- Damage from loading beyond the rated capacity.
- The consequences of running a machine with a known fault.
- Work carried out by an unauthorised service.
Keeping the warranty
Scheduled servicing on time, by operating hours, recorded in the service book. We keep the schedule and remind you ourselves — a missed service is the most common reason a claim is refused.

Call 0 800 751 583 or write to info@anton.ua. Give us the serial number from the plate on the frame; that is enough for us to pull up the machine's history.
